Yeah, a week late and few dollars short. Took a break to get the first issue prepped for printing. Taking a few copies to a local ComicCon. The amount of extra work I found needed done when distressing pages is unbelievable, but that's a story for another day.

But it's on with the Fly-Man story. The Man in Black intervenes and makes a "slight" change in the story if you call introducing a fly into the mix "slight." The machinery style from the origin book was scant and I tried to keep within the style. The same goes for the coloring, also somewhat scant. Figuring out how to accomplish the Man-in-Black's shadowing was the most difficult part as previously, he wasn't in his shadowy form.

Much more new stuff learning to lay down Ben-Day dots then half-toning them in the distressing process. Damn, sometimes it's like oil and water. The two systems just don't like to work with each other.

I've been experimenting with distressing techniques in Illustrator and Photoshop to reflect it's a 1940s style look. Difference creep in when converting a 300dpi TIFF file into a 72dpi JPG. Pages may change due to this experimentation. I will endeavor to solve this situation as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
