And so ends a typical five-page origin story from the 1940s. I still marvel how they would stuff all the characters and story into a format so short. But as the entire premise is based on that era, so goes the format.

With the process I'm using I did a few things in Illustrator which caused me no end of consternation in Photoshop. Certainly learned a lesson there. It's the first time it was necessary to fix something at the final stages of the Photoshop process that were causing problems that I couldn't fix before the exporting process in Illustrator.

One of the most frustrating matters is how the pages look on screen compared to the actual printing. Using the 64-color palette has its limitations but the effect is amplified on the internet. That green never looked so gaudy while I was working on the computer. Guess it's the price you pay trying to project CMYK onto an RGB medium.
